I practice and refine my love for comics and storytelling in hopes that my stories may help foster the imaginations of many young readers, and maybe rekindle a lost spark in their parents as well.
Originally born in Seattle in 2000, I have lived on the island of Oahu ever since I migrated over with my family at two years old. Not remembering much from the mainland, I have grown up in Kailua my entire life, and have comfortably called it home for twenty years.
Since I was a child, I have been drawing comics, writing stories, and creating fictitious worlds to roam. Math homework was often turned in with scribbles and characters living between the margins, notebooks soon became sketchbooks, and the first iterations of many imaginary worlds were realized through countless class notes and scrap papers along the way. As I have gotten older, I have found that the importance of an active imagination has only intensified, and that it is a gift lost by many as they enter adulthood.
